How long will it take to get my print?
For a standard order placed through this site, allow 3-5 days for production and 5-7 business days for shipping. Online orders are automatically printed and shipped from our printer in California. Reach out to us directly via email or phone 435-671-2374 to order from our local printer here in Utah or to purchase from our inventory.
Our printers pride themselves on quality, consistency and fast delivery. Occasionally there may be factors (special requests, unclear instructions, production problems, etc.) that might cause an order to be delayed. They rarely miss their production times, however...they are not guaranteed.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Artwork can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price. I will retain a small fee to pay for the return shipping. It should be undamaged and in the original packaging. Send me an email with your order number and we will work out the details.

In the rare event that your art arrives flawed or damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you. My print provider does their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. However, sometimes damage can occur in shipping. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send me an email with the photos, details and your order number, and I will take care of it.
How can I get free local delivery?
We offer free local delivery for purchases to central Utah area, Northern SLC to Payson, Eagle Mountain to Duchesne. Contact us via email or phone to place your order. Online orders are auto fulfilled and shipped by our California printer.
